Your ticket to Australian Open 2013 is on its way! All ticketing fully paid and confirmed prior to Friday 12 October will be distributed to you by the end of November.
Tickets will be distributed to the nominated Australian street address provided on your reservation form at the time of submission.
Please advise The Corporate Hospitality team by Monday 18 October should this address have changed or is required to be amended.
To assist you in keeping track of your tickets when distributing out to your guests, please click here. This is a ticketing log that may prove helpful should you need to replace lost or stolen tickets. It may also help you with recording your seating allocation.
NEW INITIATIVE FOR AUSTRALIAN OPEN 2013
Tennis Australia strives to understand our customer’s requirements for the corporate programs and as an outcome from our research conducted during AO2012 we have made a change exclusively for our corporate customers for Australian Open 2013.
This year, for all corporate NIGHT session ticket holders, corporate clients will have access to the Australian Open precinct from 4:00 pm instead of 5:00 pm. This access will allow clients to utilise the corporate facilities for a longer period to network and entertain with key customers.
As this is a new initiative it is important to note the following:
· ALL dining rooms, including Restaurant Blu, Racquet Club, AO Dining Room and the Grand Slam Select Dining Room will NOT open until 5:00 pm
· ACCESS to Rod Laver seating and Hisense Arena will not be available until the evening session commences
· This is ONLY offered to our Gold, Silver, Bronze, Signature, and Grand Slam Select Customers.
We encourage all corporate customers to enjoy the Champions Bar and Corporate Lounge/Bar areas from 4pm* at Australian Open 2013.
*Important to note: Access for the last 3 days has not changed from AO2012
