Applications for Australian Open 2010 Aviva Ballkid volunteers will be open from 5:00 pm AEST on Monday 23 March until Tuesday 31 March 2009.
All applications must be submitted via the Australian Open e-Recruitment system.
Interested applicants must be aged 12 to 15 during January 2010 and possess the following:
- good understanding of the game of tennis
- ability to work as part of a team
- willingness to work hard
- reliability
- unrestricted availability for the entire period of 12 January-31 January 2010
- full availability for selection trials conducted at specified venues and Melbourne Park (if required) as scheduled below.
Selection trial dates
Level 1: 17 April–1 May 2009
Level 2: 30 or 31 May 2009
If you are dedicated and passionate about tennis, be sure to submit your application by Tuesday 31 March 2009.
Due to the sheer volume of applications received during this time, Tennis Australia Human Resources will not accept any applications after the closing date.
