    Checklist

  • Check and count all tickets, car park passes and program vouchers.
  • Ensure all dining requirements have been ordered with Delaware North.
  • Order Deluxe Picnic Boxes and Smartcards with Delaware North.
  • Order Corporate Merchandise through the Merchandise Catalogue.
  • Book accommodation at Crown Towers, Crown Promenade and Sofitel Melbourne.
  • Distribute tickets, car parking and program vouchers (1 per 2 guests).
  • Email Corporate Essential Guide which includes a locality map to guests.
  • Record all tickets allocated to guests on the Corporate Organiser (or spreadsheet).
  • Fax a copy of your Corporate Organiser to the Corporate Hospitality team.
