PTV Hub for public transport information
Public Transport Victoria, in partnership with City of Melbourne, will operate the pop up PTV Hub every day between 9am and 6pm for the duration of the Australian Open.
You can also visit the PTV Hub at Southern Cross Station for information about travelling on the public transport network as well as access a range of ticketing services including buying and topping up your myki. The PTV Hub at Southern Cross Station is open 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

For direct access to Grand Slam Oval and its entertainment attraction, try the Hisense Arena entrance, which enables all ticket holders entry into Melbourne Park. The Hisense Arena entrance is open for the entire two weeks of the event. Alternatively, use the Rod Laver Arena forecourt or city entrances.
