Australian Open Membership
By signing the membership application form or by submitting an application over the internet you accept the following terms and conditions of the Australian Open Membership program.
• Tennis Australia Limited, trading as Tennis Australia, is not liable or accountable for any loss of items while in transit.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and member benefits are non-transferable.
• Tennis Australia reserves the right to modify the Australian Open Membership benefits at any time. If this occurs you will be notified by email.
• Discounts are not available in conjunction with any other promotion or special offer.
• All memberships and benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of joining.
• Tickets to the Australian Open do not include travel or accommodation. These must be organised by each member at the member’s expense.
• Official Australian Open program is to be collected during the Australian Open 2011. Programs will not be posted.
• Ground pass tickets are only redeemable at Melbourne Park on the day you wish to attend the tournament.
The Australian Open Ticket Conditions of Sale and Entry apply to all ticket holders (see www.australianopen.com for details).
Complimentary ground pass tickets included in Australian Open membership are included as part of the Australian Open membership package. These tickets cannot be upgraded to a higher value ticket, refunded or exchanged.
• Early access to Australian Open tickets - Australian Open Membership gives you the opportunity to pre-purchase series or single session tickets to both Rod Laver Arena and Hisense Arena. Tickets allocated to Australian Open Members are best available after allocations to contracted stakeholders (such as sponsors and suppliers), corporate hospitality clients and tour operators. Allocations are available in sun/shade and the lower and upper areas of both Rod Laver Arena and Hisense Arena.
• Family memberships include 1 adult and 3 accompanying children or 2 adults and 2 accompanying children. A child must be 16 years or under in the tournament year, to qualify for inclusion as a child in a family membership package.
• Members, who join from the 11th January to the 30th January 2011 inclusive, must collect their membership pack at the Australian Open Members lounge. These dates are subject to change. Notification of any change will be provided by email.
• If you do not receive your membership pack, you may be required to complete a Statutory Declaration. Please email Australian Open Membership for details.
Privacy Statement
Tennis Australia requires the information requested on this form to provide you with Australian Open Membership and for related purposes which can be reasonably expected. Your personal information will be used to administer the Australian Open Membership program, including to provide you with Australian Open membership benefits. Further, Tennis Australia may from time to time, provide you with information regarding its facilities and programs as well as products and services of the commercial partners of the Australian Open. Otherwise except where your consent is obtained, or if required by law, your information will not be disclosed to third parties. You will be able to access your personal information through Tennis Australia upon reasonable notice.
