Want to be part of Australian Open 2014?

General applications for employment during Australian Open 2014 will be accepted from 1 June 2013 until 30 June 2013 via our Tennis Australia job board.

Availability

Applicants must have unrestricted availability over the tournament period in January 2014, and be able to commit to attending compulsory training sessions and inductions held at various times throughout the year, prior to the commencement of official duties.

Late applications

Due to the sheer volume of applications received during this time, Tennis Australia Human Resources is unable to accept any applications after the closing date.

Requirements

Applicants must have unrestricted availability over the tournament period in January 2014 be able to commit to attending compulsory training sessions and inductions held at various times throughout the year, prior to the commencement of official duties.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or hold a valid work visa, as advised by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship.

Ballkids

As a Ballkid, you will work within a fun and energetic team to assist players during matches with the retrieval and distribution of tennis balls, and be there to serve up your best rolls.

Applications for the Australian Open 2014 and Australian Open Series events are now closed. Applications for 2015 will be opened from 1 January 2014 to mid February 2014.
